Injection Technologies (IT) was established in 1990 to provide mold try-out services. IT has run thousands of molds, of every configuration and in every type of molding material, from high-tolerance medical moldings to large complex automotive tooling.

Today Injection Technologies is recognized as the leading mold try-out facility in North America. This success comes from being capable to troubleshoot every possible problem. This success comes from acting with urgency and care. This success comes from optimizing mold processing, reducing cycle times while delivering high quality parts. This success comes from being customer focused.

The vast experience and depth of expertise has given Injection Technologies a truly unique legacy that is the core of our company today.

Over the years IT has helped customers by accommodating short part-runs, whether for pre-production applications, service parts, or low-volume requirements. These requests became more frequent as customers recognized the added value IT brought to running production parts, providing cost-effective solutions with quality results.

In 2018 the IT Group was established, adding Inject Tech Plastics, and then acquiring MoldCo in 2020, with a strategic focus on custom molding. Inject Tech Plastics and MoldCo operate in a 66,000 sq. ft. space with 28 molding machines, ranging from 28 ton to 1650 tons.

Our MoldCo business has a strong history of taking care of customers’ needs with efficiency. MoldCo business is focused on specialty applications, low-volume or full production runs, and sub-assemblies. Our vast customer base includes medical and healthcare, sporting goods, furniture, scientific, industrial, commercial, design, POP retail, electronics, agriculture, aerospace, and more. The added experience of MoldCo further strengthens the IT Group with greater depths of innovation.
